Logistics

Agents that follow deliveries, notify the customer, and write the report.

Status, without making the call.

Between a truck leaving and someone confirming the delivery there is a gap filled with phone calls. What happened did get recorded, just across three systems that do not talk and in the head of whoever answered the phone. An agent reads them together, assembles the status of every open route, and drafts the customer notice waiting for your sign-off.

How the agent works

You

Tell me which of today's deliveries are running late and why, and draft the notice for the ones that will not make it.

What it delivers

Of 14 open routes, two will not make their window. Route 7 was stuck 40 minutes in the yard and route 12 left late from loading. I drafted the notice to both customers with the cause and the new time.

None went out: the agent does not write to a customer without someone approving what it will say.
