Physical world

Nobody is watching your cameras. That is why you always find out late.

They record all day and only get opened once something has already gone wrong. This puts them to work telling you in the moment, with the piece of video that proves it, and without that video leaving your site.

Agents now work in the physical world too.

An agent can only work with what somebody recorded. In an office that is enough, because almost everything goes through a system. On the floor, on site and at the dock it is not: things happen, somebody sees them, and they are forgotten. The camera is the only record already in place around the clock, so that is where the agent comes in. What it sees stops being video and becomes a fact with a time and a place, and from there it is worked the same as an order, a requisition or an inventory move.

The alert

It reaches you while it happens.

12 second clip
Dock 3, evening shift14:06

A forklift crossed the pedestrian zone.

It arrives over WhatsApp, to whoever needs to know. The video stays at your site: what travels is the alert, not your operation.

  1. 14:06

    It happens at the dock

  2. 14:06

The alert goes out, with the clip

  3. 22:00

Without this, it would surface at the end of the shift. If anybody mentions it.

The shift summary

By closing time, already tallied.

A camera that only records is an archive. One that speaks up is another shift.
