Governance and security

Before you let an agent operate, there are three things you want to know.

None of them are technical. They are the same three anyone accountable for the company would ask.

01

Your database, your account

Agents work inside your system and your database.

The agent runs against your company's database, through an account you create and you can switch off. When a language model is involved, it receives the piece of text that task needs and nothing else.

What reaches the model

No, it is a contract term
02

A log you can actually read

Every action an agent takes is recorded with its time and its reason.

This is not a technical log for programmers, it is a record meant to be read. It tells you why a quote came out at that price, and lets you reconstruct what happened the day something went wrong.

03

A person signs off

Before anything reaches a client or moves money, a person approves it.

The agent prepares and leaves it ready; someone on your team signs, and that is recorded next to what they approved. Where that gate sits is your call, and it can move later once you know what to trust.

An agent prepared it. It does not go out until someone approves.

Who approved it and when is recorded.

It goes out to the client with the approver's signature.

What we will not promise you

  • 01

That an agent does not get things wrong. It does. That is why the log and the sign-off are not ornaments: they are the part of the design that assumes it will happen.

  • 02

That this certifies you in anything. Nuvnext does not issue compliance certifications and does not replace your auditor. What we deliver is the evidence your auditor works from.

  • 03

That it installs itself. The approval gate has to be decided with you, process by process, and that takes working sessions, not a form.

The question is not whether AI can do it. It is who answers once it did.
