An alert without a protocol is noise. You write what each person does when it arrives: who responds, how fast, what they log and when it gets escalated.
The role
- Write response protocols by alert type and by client.
- Define escalation, response times and who signs each decision.
- Run drills with the client and measure the response.
- Review incidents and adjust the protocols.
Your first 90 days
- Day 30
You learn the platform, its alerts and its log.
- Day 60
You write a client's complete protocols.
- Day 90
You run a drill with the client and deliver what was learned.

What working here is like
What you build goes into products that operate real organizations. You work directly with the founders, with no layers between your code and production, under the same rule we give the intelligence: a person signs what is critical.
