Intelligence also operates in the physical world. You know how a machine works, where a sensor gets mounted and what a camera sees from a loading dock. You bring that to Labs so the physical side enters the model.
The role
- Define what to measure in equipment, vehicles and physical processes, and how.
- Plan where and how sensors and cameras are installed in the client's operation.
- Model equipment behavior: wear, downtime, maintenance.
- Connect the physical with the business inside the ontology.
Your first 90 days
- Day 30
You learn Labs, computer vision and the platform; you visit an operation.
- Day 60
You define the instrumentation for a real client case.
- Day 90
A physical data point you defined already feeds an agent's decision.

What we look for
Must have
- A mechanical engineering degree, finished or nearly finished.
- You like being in the plant, on site or in the yard.
- You code a little or want to learn.
- You can explain a mechanical failure to the person who decides.
Nice to have
- Industrial maintenance or reliability.
- Sensors, PLCs or telemetry.
- CAD.
What working here is like
What you build goes into products that operate real organizations. You work directly with the founders, with no layers between your code and production, under the same rule we give the intelligence: a person signs what is critical.
