You are Nuvnext's person inside a client's operation: the distribution center, the construction site, the plant. You understand how it really works, connect what they already use and stay until the agent operates with their people signing what is critical. You own the whole deployment and guide whoever is starting out.
The role
- Map on site how the client operates: who decides, which systems they use, where the work gets stuck.
- Design and build the connections to their systems, spreadsheets and cameras, with the access the client grants and revokes.
- Write the ontology of their operation and put the agent to work level by level: it alerts, it proposes, it acts with a signature.
- Measure what changed with data and explain it to the client's leadership.
- Guide a Jr field engineer on every deployment.
Your first 90 days
- Day 30
You learn the platform, the agents and a deployment in progress, on site.
- Day 60
You lead the discovery and the connections for a client.
- Day 90
An agent operates at your client, you show what changed with data and you are already guiding someone.

What we look for
Must have
- You have taken systems to production inside a company's operation, not only in a lab.
- You code fluently: you connect systems, read data and debug on your own.
- You can explain something technical to a shift lead and to a director without losing either.
- You say something should not be automated when it shouldn't.
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics, construction, manufacturing or distribution.
- Having connected warehouse systems or fleet telemetry.
- A driver's license and availability to travel within Mexico.
What working here is like
What you build goes into products that operate real organizations. You work directly with the founders, with no layers between your code and production, under the same rule we give the intelligence: a person signs what is critical.
