You step into a client's operation next to someone who has done it before: the distribution center, the construction site, the plant. You learn to see how a company really works, to connect what it already uses and to leave the agent operating with their people signing what is critical.
The role
- Join on-site discovery and document how the client operates.
- Build connections to their systems, spreadsheets and cameras, reviewed by the team.
- Test the agent against real cases from the operation before it goes live.
- Measure what changed and prepare the data we show the client.
Your first 90 days
- Day 30
You learn the platform and join a deployment on site.
- Day 60
You handle a client's connections, reviewed by your Sr.
- Day 90
You own a complete part of a deployment and explain it to the client.

What we look for
Must have
- You code: you have built something that works, even if it is your own project.
- You feel comfortable in a warehouse, a construction site or a plant, not only in front of a screen.
- You keep asking until you understand how something really works.
- You learn fast and finish what you start.
Nice to have
- Having worked in a logistics, construction or plant operation.
- A driver's license.
