- Own the design system for the platform and the website.
- Test with people in operations, not only with the team.
- Work with the code: prototypes that run, not just slides.
Your first 90 days
- Day 30
You learn the design system and ship your first screen to production.
- Day 60
You lead the redesign of a whole module, from observation to production.
- Day 90
A decision of yours changed how a client works, and you can measure it.

What we look for
Must have
- A portfolio with real product, not only concepts.
- Judgment to remove: less text, fewer colors, fewer steps.
- You understand dense data and make it readable.
- You can hold your own in HTML and CSS.
Nice to have
- Experience in enterprise or operations software.
- Data visualization.
- React and Tailwind.
