The programme works on processes that repeat daily. Below 30 people that volume doesn't exist yet.

The programme is covered in two payments. Asking outright avoids the month of conversations where you find out there wasn't any.

It's two payments and a calendar commitment from the leadership team. We need to know who it closes with.

B · The problem

Be concrete: which process it is, who runs it today, how much time it eats, and what you've already tried.

The more precise this is, the more useful the conversation. This is the part that actually gets reviewed. The rest of the sheet only confirms the format applies.

What you write here is read by the Nuvnext team and goes no further. It isn't shared with the other participants or with third parties.
