    Do you work on site in Guadalajara?

    Yes. We are based in Jalisco and the initial diagnosis happens inside your operation — plant, construction site, warehouse or office — anywhere in the Guadalajara metropolitan area.

    What does "agentic operations" mean?

    That the AI agents don't live off to one side in a browser tab, but inside the systems your team already works in, carrying out whole tasks end to end with human oversight where it matters. What we deliver is the system with the agents built into it, not a standalone agent.

    Do I need to already be using an AI tool to start?

    No. Most of the companies we start with are already paying for an AI subscription they barely use, and part of the work is getting value out of that first. But it isn't a requirement: if there is nothing in place, we start from the diagnosis.

    Yes, across Mexico and remotely, including nearshore work for companies in the United States and Canada. What changes is the on-site part: outside the Guadalajara metropolitan area we agree visits per phase rather than continuous presence.
